Yes. After payment, Baolau sends your booking confirmation and e-ticket or voucher to your email. Some operators ask you to swap the voucher for a paper ticket at the counter; the email tells you what to do.

Most operators accept the ticket on your phone. A few ask for a printed copy or for you to check in at the counter. Read the instructions in your confirmation email.

You pay on Baolau when you book. The payment methods you can use are shown at checkout.

Prices on this site are per adult before booking fees. Any booking or payment fee is shown on Baolau before you pay.

Cancellations and changes follow the rules of each operator. Contact Baolau through the link in your confirmation email to ask for a change or refund.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure at train stations and bus terminals, and 30 to 45 minutes before at ferry piers, so you have time to check in and find your seat.

Child fares depend on the operator and the age of the child. You can see the fares for each passenger when you book.
